As a mobile engineering team, we are able to respond to calls in emergency situations. Often large brick production companies such as Weinerberger operate 24/7, and if a breakdown occurs at any time of day, it can have serious effects on the production process. On this occasion, we received a breakdown call from Wienerberger when their high-speed rollers stopped working one evening due to a bearing failure. We responded to the call and worked through the night to replace and fit new bearings. Working through the night until the problem was resolved meant that downtime for the factory was minimised, and the production line was up and running for the next working day.
